Åse & Jenni deliver fun, intelligent & interactive workshops at your business premises or venue of choice. They also work with mental health initiatives & events to promote emotional wellbeing.
A qualified Guidance Counsellor, Teacher and Facilitator with a background in Psychology, Communications and Education. She has dipped in and out of a variety of professions including working in a prison, managing a television programme, being a radio news reader and training and developing people in the Corporate, Hotel and Education fields.
Her love of people and her communication skills give her a strong track record for getting buy-in from participants during facilitation and ensuring that sessions are fun and valued. She is a mum of 2 children who have both chartered very different and at times challenging paths - leading to a particular interest and focus on mental health and wellbeing.

Pronounced (or-se) A Swedish born certified Personal Performance Coach, Parenting coach and qualified Counsellor. After raising her family and relocating to several countries over the years she experienced and dealt with her own and others social and personal differences.
Having gained a lot of life experience along the way which led her to becoming a qualified counsellor and life coach she developed a particular interest in helping families get and maintain a nurturing, stable and content atmosphere at home. In addition, rising mental health concerns and focus on wellbeing has led to both her client base and facilitating moving in to this area. So many stress factors in society can affect people in a detrimental way - but these can be avoided if you know how to deal with it. Åse can work with people in English, Swedish, German or Swiss-German.
